About the Role
The Flat6Labs KSA Program Officer is responsible for supporting startups in their day-to-day activities while assisting the program team with cycle processes, documentation, and events.

This role is ideal for a highly proactive, tech-savvy, and organized individual who is passionate about entrepreneurship and inspired to work with startups daily.
This is a one-year contract role based in KSA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all cycle startup teams on pitch decks, financial models, presentation techniques, and skills.

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding journey for Flat6Labs startups.

  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of in-cycle startup deliverables.

  • Record and track startup progress, supporting business planning where applicable.

  • Ensure weekly startup updates are submitted accurately against predefined KPIs.
  • Conduct initial application screening on a weekly basis to identify potential candidates for the KSA accelerator program.

  • Structure and maintain the program database using a predefined labeling system.

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs, liaising with speakers and educational institutions, and following up on progress and feedback.

  • Source and manage perks for the startup portfolio while staying informed on the latest trends in the Saudi market.

  • Coordinate internal and external workshops, events, and dinners throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Maintain a database of all founders, mentors, speakers, and coaches engaged with Flat6Labs.

  • Provide hands-on support in the execution of the program on the ground.

  • Collect, analyze, and organize startup data as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations or business management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related discipline.
  • Excellent English & Arabic language skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent command of productivity software, presentation, word processing & number tools.
